When content filtering is enabled, you can
enable and disable individual content filtering policies. The green
check icon () indicates the policy is enabled,
and the red "x" () indicates
the policy is disabled. Click the icon to toggle between enabled
and disabled.
Procedure
Click Content Filtering from the
main menu.
The Content Filtering screen
displays.
Select Enable transport level content filtering.
Select Enable store level content filtering. (Exchange Server
2010)
) indicates the policy is enabled,

the policy is disabled. Click the icon to toggle between enabled
and disabled.
