
DLP_policy_add_select_accounts
A brief description of the options available on this screen is available below.
Specify the accounts to apply the policy to:
Select Accounts
Anyone: The policy applies to everyone in the company.
Specific accounts: The policy applies to the accounts you specify.
Search for AD users/groups/contacts: Search all or specific Active Directory accounts.
Browse from special groups: Search all special group accounts.
Search: Click to search Active Directory accounts. Specify a search string or select users, groups, and/or contacts to refine the available account results.
Users: Select to search for users.
Groups: Select to search for groups.
Contacts: Select to search for contacts.
Available Account(s): Select an account name to add to the policy.
Selected Account(s): The policy will apply to these accounts.
Select multiple accounts by holding the Shift or Ctrl key and clicking on an account name.
Add >>: Click to add an available account to the Selected Account(s) list.
<< Remove: Click to remove an account from the Selected Account(s) list.
Exclude Accounts:
Search for AD users/groups/contacts: Search all or specific Active Directory accounts.
Browse from special groups: Search all special group accounts.

Users: Select to search for users.
Groups: Select to search for groups.
Contacts: Select to search for contacts.
Available Account(s): Select an account name to exclude from the policy
Selected Account(s): The policy will not apply to these accounts.
Select multiple accounts by holding the Shift or Ctrl key and clicking on an account name.
Add >>: Click to add an available account to the Selected Account(s) list.
<< Remove: Click to remove an account from the Selected Account(s) list.
Next >: Click to continue.
Cancel: Click to cancel.
