modify or configure the device. Contact technical support for more information.
Trend Micro strongly recommends that you copy the boot volume
backup file immediately after every boot volume encryption. Store the backup file
in any
location that you will be able to access if the boot volume becomes inaccessible.

NoteDepending on the amount of damage to a boot volume, Trend Micro
may be unable to recover some or all of the data lost, even with the use of the Recovery
Tool.
