Report Maintenance enables you to set the maximum number of reports to save for
each of the following:

One-time reports: specifies the maximum number of one-time reports PortalProtect will allow. One-time reports
that exceed the set value will be purged, beginning with the oldest first.

Scheduled reports saved in each template: specifies the maximum number of
scheduled reports PortalProtect will
