You can also create global notification list under Administration → Notification Settings. If you add contact information in this area, and click Apply All, the email addresses will be applied to each of the unique notifications for Security Risk Scan, File Blocking, Manual Scan, Scheduled Scan, Content Filtering, Web Reputation, and Data Loss Prevention.
