On the left menu, click Content Filtering. The Content Filtering screen appears.
From the Content Filtering screen, click the policy name link you want to edit. The Content Filtering: Edit Policy screen appears.
Select or clear the Enable this policy checkbox to enable or disable the policy.
Edit the following as required:
Policy name
Description
Click the Target tab, and add or remove keywords as follows:
Select Add keyword from the drop down and type the keyword(s) or regular expression; then, click Add.
To remove a keyword, select if from the existing list, and click Delete.
Refer to appendix "B" in the Administrator's Guide for more information about using regular expressions with PortalProtect.
Press and hold the Ctrl key to select multiple keywords.
From the Match drop down, select from the following options:
Any specified keyword - select this option if you want this rule to trigger when any keyword or compliance pattern is found and matched
All specified keywords - select this option if you want this rule to trigger when all keywords or compliance patterns are found and matched
You can export or import a keyword list to or from a text file (.txt) using the Export or Import keys located next to the keyword list.
Select Match case if you want to match the case of the listed keywords.
The Match case and Match Synonym options are only supported if you select Add Keyword.
Set Match synonym settings according to the following:
Click Show details to expand the synonym settings section.
Select a keyword from the keyword list to display its synonym(s) in the Synonyms to exclude window.
Move one or more synonyms to the left Synonyms to include window. Multi-select using the Ctrl key.
Click the Exceptions tab and add or edit any exceptions as required.
Click the Action tab and choose from the following:
Block
Pass
Notify
Do not notify
Click the Notification tab, and choose the appropriate settings.
Click Save.
