Configuring Your SharePoint Server

Your SharePoint Server must be correctly configured to allow real-time scan to operate correctly.

To configure your SharePoint server:

1. From the Microsoft SharePoint Central Administration Console, click the Operations tab.

2. Under Security Configuration, click Antivirus.

3. Verify that Scan documents on upload, Scan documents on download, and Attempt to clean infected documents are all enabled. If any of these settings is disabled, PortalProtect will be unable to perform that function during real-time scanning.
