
On the left menu, click Scheduled Scan. The Scheduled Scan screen appears.
Click Add. The Scheduled Scan: Add Scan Task screen appears.
Type a new task name in the Scan task name field.
As a pre-requisite, be sure to configure the options as described in Configuring a Scheduled Scan.
Under Select the scan type, select whether to perform data protection for the following:
Data protection for document
Data protection for Web content
Click the Data protection link. The Scheduled Scan: Data Protection screen appears.
Click Add to create a new policy. The Scheduled Scan: Data Protection: Add Policy > Step 1: Specify Rules screen appears.
