Adding and Configuring Data Protection Compliance Templates

This section describes the steps and settings required to add or edit a data protection compliance template.

To add a new compliance template:

  1. Click Data Protection > Compliance Templates. The Compliance Templates main screen appears.

  2. Click Add. The Add Compliance Template screen appears.

  1. Type a name for the new template in the Compliance template name field.

  2. To define a compliance template, select from the following:

  1. If you select Expressions...

  2. Type the number of occurrences required to trigger the policy in the Occurrences field.

  3. Click the “+” to add additional compliance template(s)

  4. If you select Keywords...

  1. After you finish adding your data protection definition(s), click Add, then click Save.

  2. The Data Protection: Compliance Templates main screen appears.
