About Unscannable Files

PortalProtect cannot scan some types of files such as those over 4GB. Instead, PortalProtect takes other actions to prevent these files from threatening your SharePoint servers. The action it takes depends on the actions you have configured. The default action is Pass. Other options include: Quarantine, Delete, and Rename.
