You can configure the server to notify you and other OfficeScan administrators of security risks detected on client computers.
You can allow OfficeScan to send standard notification messages through the following:
Pager
SNMP trap
Windows NT Event Log
In the Criteria tab, specify whether to send notifications when OfficeScan detects virus/malware and spyware/grayware, or only when the action on these security risks is unsuccessful.
In the Email, Pager, SNMP Trap, and NT Event Log tabs:
Enable notifications for virus/malware and spyware/grayware.
For email notifications, specify the email recipients and accept or modify the default subject.
Accept or modify the default notification messages.
Note: Use only token variables to represent data in the Message field. The Subject field does not accept token variables.
Click Save.
