Some plug-in programs (such as Intrusion Defense Firewall) have agents that install
on the endpoint's Windows operating
systems. OfficeScan agent Plug-in Manager running under the process name
CNTAoSMgr.exe manages these agents.
OfficeScan install
CNTAoSMgr.exe with OfficeScan agent.
The only additional system requirement for CNTAoSMgr.exe is
Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) version 3.0 or later.

Note
Other plug-in program have agents that do not install on Windows operating systems
are not
managed from the OfficeScan agent Plug-in Manager. The Trend Micro Security (for
Mac) agent
and Mobile Device Agent for Trend Micro Mobile Security are examples of these
agents.
