使用 LogServer.exe 的用戶端偵錯記錄檔

如果要啟動 OfficeScan 用戶端的偵錯記錄：

  1. 建立名為 ofcdebug.ini 的檔案，其中包含下列內容：

  2. 將 ofcdebug.ini 傳送給用戶端使用者，並指示他們將該檔案儲存至 C:\。

    3. LogServer.exe 會自動在每次用戶端電腦啟動時執行。指示使用者「不要」關閉電腦啟動時開啟的 LogServer.exe 命令視窗，因為這會提示 OfficeScan 停止偵錯記錄功能。如果使用者關閉命令視窗，可以執行位於 <用戶端安裝資料夾> 的 LogServer.exe 以再次啟動偵錯記錄。

  3. 在每部用戶端電腦上，檢查 C:\ 中的 ofcdebug.log。

如果要關閉 OfficeScan 用戶端的偵錯記錄：

刪除 ofcdebug.ini。
