Role-based Administration Logs

To get detailed role-based administration information, do one of the following:

Run the Trend Micro Case Diagnostics Tool. For information, see Case Diagnostic Tool.
Gather the following logs:
- All files in the <Server installation folder>\PCCSRV\Private\AuthorStore folder.
- OfficeScan Server Logs
