Scan Privileges and Other Settings

Users with scan privileges have greater control over how files on their computers get scanned. Scan privileges allow users or the OfficeScan client to perform the following tasks:

Users can configure Manual Scan, Scheduled Scan, and Real-time Scan settings. For details, see Scan Type Privileges.
Users can postpone, stop, or skip Scheduled Scan. For details, see Scheduled Scan Privileges and Other Settings.
