Procedure

1. Log on to the web console.
2. On the banner of the web console, click the first "O" in "OfficeScan".
3. Specify debug log settings.
4. Click Save.
5. Check the log file (ofcdebug.log) in the default location: <Server installation folder>\PCCSRV\Log.
