Procedure

1. Navigate to Administration → Proxy Settings.
2. Click the External Proxy tab.
3. Go to the OfficeScan Server Computer Updates section.
4. Select Use a proxy server for pattern, engine, and license updates.
5. Specify the proxy protocol, server name or IPv4/IPv6 address, and port number.
6. If the proxy server requires authentication, type the user name and password and then confirm the password.
7. Click Save.
