Location: <Server installation folder>\PCCSRV\Web\Service\AU_Data\AU_Log

  1. Create a file named aucfg.ini with the following content:

    level=-1

    [Downloader]

    ProxyCache=0

  3. Save the file to <Server installation folder>\PCCSRV\Web\Service.

  4. Restart the OfficeScan Master Service.

  1. Delete aucfg.ini.

  2. Restart the OfficeScan Master Service.
