Viewing the Event Log

Logs > Event Log

When the device detects an event, such as a virus outbreak, or performs an action, such as a reset or component update, it creates an event log entry. If you register the device to Control Manager, entries from this log are sent to the Control Manager server immediately. View the Event Log from the web console Event Log screen. The Event Log displays the following information:

• Date/Time

• Severity

• Event

• Description

To view the Event Log:

1. Click Logs in the side bar. The drop-down menu displays.

2. Click Event Log from the drop-down menu. The Event Log screen displays.

Exporting the Event Log

To export the Event Log:

1. Click Event Log from the Logs menu.

2. Click Export All to CSV.
