Policy Enforcement > Add Policy (Step 7: URL Exceptions)
This screen lets you specify the URLs that will remain accessible even to noncompliant endpoints. Use the functionality on this screen to provide noncompliant endpoints access to resource that can help remedy policy violations such as download sites for security products. Because you can specify only URL lists, not individual URLs, you need to define URL lists first. You can specify up to exempted URL lists.

Allowed URL Lists—use the > or < buttons in this section to select or deselect URL lists for exemption from policy enforcement.
Add—click to define a new URL list.
