Testing Download Scanning

To confirm HTTP or FTP over HTTP scanning, you can try downloading a test file from the EICAR Web site. Be sure HTTP traffic is enabled and virus scanning is on.

• Note: If a user attempts to download an infected file, IWSVA will block all other user access to that site for four hours by default.
