Do I Have the Latest Pattern File or Service Pack?

IWSVA may use the following updateable files:

• Virus pattern

• PhishTrap pattern

• Spyware pattern

• Scan engine

• URL filtering engine

• URL filtering page analysis pattern

• IntelliTrap pattern and IntelliTrap exception pattern

• IWSVA build

• Note: If you are running IWSVA along with Damage Cleanup Services (DCS), check the DCS server for the current cleanup patterns.

To learn which version IWSVA is running:

1. From the main IWSVA menu, click Summary and then the System Dashboard tab.

2. A list of installed components, the current IWSVA version, and update schedules appears.

To learn the latest available patterns:

1. Open a Web browser to the Trend Micro Update Center, or click the links below.

• Virus pattern

• PhishTrap pattern—same as the virus pattern file

• Spyware pattern—same as the virus pattern file

• Scan engine

• URL filtering engine

• URL filtering page analysis pattern
