HTTPS Decryption: Exceptions

HTTP > HTTPS Decryption> Policies | policy | Exceptions

There might be URLs that you simply want exempt from an HTTPS decryption policy (for example, an e-banking Web site).

You can create exception lists in the HTTP > Configuration > Approved Lists page.

• Approved HTTPS URL list—Select the name of the approved URL list to be exempted from HTTPS decryption.

• Note: IWSVA tunnels HTTPS traffic from a URL in the exception list; that is, the HTTPS traffic will not be decrypted for inspection.
