Your email administrator might give you access
privileges to view quarantined messages that were originally addressed
to you, but which were intercepted and quarantined. The Quarantine list
displays the sender, message subject, and date received for all
of your quarantined messages.
From this screen, do any of the following:
-
Read the messages: Click the subject line.
The Quarantine Message screen appears where
you can view the message text and header information. You will not
be able to download or open any attachments.
-
Delete the messages: Select the check box next
to the message to delete, and then click Delete.
By default, you do not have to delete messages manually; all messages
are automatically deleted after a certain time period that your
email administrator specifies.
-
Resend the messages: Select the check box next
to the message to resend to yourself, click Not Spam.
-
Access the Approved Senders list: Click Approved
Senders at the top-left corner to go to the Quarantine
Settings screen, where you can specify the senders whose
messages (with the exception of viruses or phish) will never be
quarantined.
Your email administrator specifies the maximum number of senders
you can add.
