Digital assets are files and data that an organization must protect against
unauthorized transmission. Define digital assets using the following data identifiers:
Expressions: Data that has a certain structure.

File attributes: File properties such as file
type and file size. For details, see File Attributes.
Keywords: A list of special words or phrases.
For details, see Keywords.
Note
It is not possible to delete a data identifier used in a DLP template. Delete the
template before
deleting the data identifier.
