IM Security supports configurable disclaimer statements for instant messaging sessions.
Alerts and notifications
Set alerts to notify administrators or selected IT personnel whenever specific events related to IM Security or Lync Server occur. Inform administrators and contacts about IM Security actions using customizable notifications.
Reports and logs
Monitor IM Security activities using queried logs that detail security risk detections, content security events, and program update events. In addition, IM Security provides the option to send graphical reports using email.
