Product Console Access Issues
One of the following issues may occur when trying to access the
IM Security
product console:
Inaccessible product console
Missing
User name
and
Password
field
Unrecognized
User name
and
Password
Procedure
Check whether the account used to access the product console belongs to the local
Administrators
group.
Use Windows Services Panel to verify whether
Trend Micro IM Security Server
is started.
Ensure that the web service is started.
Verify whether the
IM Security
administrator account has not been changed. Otherwise, obtain the latest account user name and password.
Check the network connection and HTTP port being used.
Check that the
IM Security
website has been added to the browser's
Trusted Sites
.

Trend Micro recommends operating Internet Explorer 10 or later in compatibility view.
