Log Issues
One of the following issues may occur:
An error occurs trying to query and display logs
Unable to export logs
Procedure
Ensure that there is at least 128MB free disk space available on the
IM Security
database folder. Otherwise, delete older log entries.
Check the database connection by opening the
IM Security
database using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
If any of the above tasks do not solve the issue, contact
Trend Micro
support.
