Exporting Templates

Use the export option to back up templates, import them to another DLP 5.6 server, or use with other Trend Micro data protection products.

Navigate to Data Protection → Templates.

The Templates screen appears.
Select the templates that you want to export and click Export.
- Select Binary Format if you intend to import the selected templates to another DLP 5.6 server.
- Select XML Format if you intend to use the selected templates with other Trend Micro data protection products.
Select the format of the exported file.
Save the file to your preferred location.
