    Copy from an existing policy
This field is optional. If you select to copy a policy, a field displays so that you can type the new policy name. Then you can modify additional policy screens.

    Target Settings

Groups/Endpoints: Enables you to select from the available groups that you set up in AdministrationAgent ManagementGroups.
LDAP/Users: To select LDAP/Users, the LDAP server must be configured and in use. See Configuring LDAP Settings.
    Search
After you select an option in the Select By field, you can type a search term and click Search to drill down to specific targets.
If you add an asterisk at the end of your search term, DLP returns all target entities that start with your search term.

Click the Add or Remove buttons to add and / or remove targets to monitor or targets that are exceptions to monitoring.
  3. Click Next.
