Use the
Application Settings screen
to view or configure the email SMTP account settings for automated
alert emails triggered by policy actions or for system alerts. In
addition, except for Recipient email, DLP reuses these email settings
to send reports.

DLP supports simple password authentication only.
The
email name of the sender displays in the alert mail.
