Viewing and Editing Agent Information Parent topic

  1. Navigate to AdministrationAgent ManagementAgents.
    The Agent tab appears with a list of agents. You can quickly view agent details and status, as well as whether the company policy for that agent is outdated or not.
  2. Click an agent.
    The Agent Information screen appears. You can take the following actions from the Agent Information screen:
    • Update Environment: Moves the agent to the staging or production environment.
    • Update Endpoint: Notifies the agent to download the latest patch from the server. Click this if the agent missed a prior patch download notification.
  3. Click Save.
