Procedure

1. Go to Network → Routing → RIP → Global.
2. Expand Advanced Settings.
3. Select Distribute default route to enable distribution of default routes.

   Note Distributing the default route is not enabled until the change is applied.

4. Set the timers as needed.
   See Advanced RIP Timer Descriptions.
5. Click Apply.
