Querying the System Events Log Parent topic

Before you begin

Before starting this procedure, verify that the system event logging (syslog) is enabled at Logs and Reports → Log Settings. For details, see Log Settings.

Procedure

  1. Go to Logs and Reports → Log Query.
  2. Click System Events Log.
  3. Select a Time Period or Custom Range by which to filter the log.
  4. Click Query, Print, or Export to CSV.
