Procedure

1. Log on to the Deep Edge web console.
2. Click Policies → Rules.
3. Click the default policy to edit it.
4. Click the Schedule & Action tab.
5. Set the schedule to Always action to General Scan. Click OK.
6. For the same policy, click the Traffic Type tab.
7. Click the top Selected radio button to display the Application Group and Category Group options .
8. Expand the Default URL Categories and perform the following steps:
   1. Expand the Adult category.
   2. Click All to select all rules in the Adult category.
   3. Click OK.
9. Click Apply at the top of the Rules page.
10. Use a test client to access the following website and download a test virus:
    http://www.eicar.org/download/eicar.com.txt
11. Use a test client machine to access the following website twice:
    http://wrs21.winshipway.com
12. Use a test client machine to access the following website twice.
    http://wrs61.winshipway.com/
13. Wait 30 seconds and then go to Logs & Reports → Log Query → Violation Log.
14. Perform a log query for information about the violation.
