Modifying DHCP Service Settings 
Procedure
- Go to .
- Click the name of the DHCP service to modify.
- Modify the parameters associated with the DHCP service:
- IP address/bitmask—The IP address/bitmask leased
from the DHCP server.
- Enable/disable—Click the icon to switch between
enabled (green/on) or disabled (red/off) DHCP services.
- Preferred DNS—specify the IP address of the
preferred DNS server.
- Gateway—specify IP address of the gateway defined
by the DHCP server.
- IP address range from and to—specify the range of
IP addresses to create the IP Pool to which the DHCP configuration
applies.
- Change the advanced settings if needed:
- Lease time—Adjust the time and date when the
leased IP address and netmask is no longer valid.
- Static mapping—Check check box to enable and
click Add static mapping
- Add the Mac Address, IP
address, and select either the
Cancel or Submit
action.
- Click Apply.
- Verify the settings changed at .
