Configuring General PPTP VPN Settings

Go to Network → User VPN → PPTP VPN → General.
Select the authentication service from the Authentication drop-down list box (Local or RADIUS).
Select how the IP address is assigned: IP address pool or DHCP server.
- For IP address pool, specify the IP address and bitmask. specify IP address (sample 192.168.0.0) to the clients gaining remote access through PPTP.
- For DHCP server, specify the IP address/bitmask of the DHCP server (sample 10.10.1.1./24) and select the valid interface (eth1-eth3) from the drop-down list box.
Configure advanced settings if needed. For details, see Advanced Settings: Enabling Debug Mode and Encryption Level:
Click Apply.
