Procedure

1. Add a new policy at Policies → Rules → Add New.
   For details, see Adding Policy Rules.
2. Click the Sources & Users tab.
3. Select from the following under Select Source Address:
   • Any: Includes all source addresses. (default)
   • Selected: Displays a list of previously configured source addresses available or to add a new IP address.

   Note To add address objects, see Configuring Address Objects.

4. Select from the following under Select Users & Groups:

   Option	Description
   Any	Includes all users.
   Known User	For a specific user known to the system.
   Unknown User	For users not known to the system.
   Selected	Displays a search field to find existing users or groups. This option also displays a selectable list of known users and groups, if the system is configured correctly.

5. Select the Source Zone check box to enable using source zones.
6. Select from the following:
   • Any: Includes all source zones
   • Selected: Provides the Add New Zone option.

7. Continue to configure the following:
   • To configure destination information, see Configuring Destination Policy Rules
   • To configure traffic type, see Configuring Traffic Type Policy Rules
   • To configure schedules and actions, see Configuring Schedule & Action Profile Policy Rules
