Procedure

1. Go to Administration → LDAP Settings → Cache and Sync tab.
2. Select the Fixed or Last active options.
3. Set the time for the selected TTL.
   The default for the Fixed TTL is 2 hours. There is no default for the Last Active TTL.)
4. Set the LDAP Sync Interval.
   Default is 24 hours.
5. Click Refresh to perform a manual refresh of the LDAP servers.
6. Click Apply to save the new settings.
