Ping the Deep Edge server,
assuming ping is allowed (that is, not blocked) between the SSL VPN client and
the Deep Edge server. Confirm that Administrators have network connectivity
between the SSL VPN client and the Deep Edge server.

To allow SSL VPN traffic, configure the network firewall to open the SSL
VPN-configured TCP or UDP port to the Deep Edge server.
