Configuring Smart Protection Services Parent topic

Procedure

  1. Go to the Service Gateway Inventory app in the Trend Micro Vision One console.
  2. Find the Service Gateway that you paired with Deep Discovery Inspector and click the gear icon in the Action column.
    The Service Gateway Settings panel appears.
  3. Toggle the switch next to Smart Protection Services to enable or disable this service, and then click Save.

    The default status of Smart Protection Services is enabled.
    Deep Discovery Inspector configures the Smart Protection Server automatically.
    • When enabling the setting, Deep Discovery Inspector automatically configures the Service Gateway Smart Protection Server as the primary Smart Protection Server.
    • When disabling the setting, Deep Discovery Inspector automatically configures Smart Protection Server to the previous setting.
