Configuring Log Level Parent topic

Configure the log level to save information that you can provide to Trend Micro Support for troubleshooting a problem.

Procedure

  1. Go to Administration → System Maintenance → Debug Logs .
  2. Select the log level.
    • Debug
    • Error
  3. Click Apply.
