本リリースは、 次の各問題を修正します。
Microsoft Edge (Chromium版) Webブラウザを使用している場合に、Apex OneのWebレピュテーション機能でWebサイトをブロックできない問題

手順
同期モードのキャッシュ (ブロック処理用) を設定するには、次の手順に従ってください。
- 本リリースをインストールします (「4.1 インストール手順」を参照)。
- Apex Oneサーバのインストールフォルダ内の「PCCSRV\Private」フォルダにある「dlp.ini」ファイルを開きます。
- [Configure] セクションに、次のキーを追加します。
- [Configure]
- SYNC_MODE_FILE_CACHE=true
- 変更内容を保存し、ファイルを閉じます。
- Apex One Webコンソールを開き、[エージェント]→[エージェント管理]→ドメインまたはエージェントを選択→[設定]→[情報漏えい対策設定] の順に選択します。
- [保存] をクリックして、設定をエージェントに配信します。
- Apex OneサーバからApex Oneセキュリティエージェントに設定が配信されます。
Apex Oneファイアウォールサービスによりバージョン2.4.8のOpenVPNへの接続がブロックされることがある問題

新機能
本リリースでは、 次の新機能が提供されます。
セキュリティエージェントでWindowsのEncrypting File System (EFS) の脆弱性を利用するランサムウェアの攻撃を回避できるようになります。
Apex OneでCodeBaseデータベースが使用されないようになったため、Apex One Webコンソールの [グローバルエージェント設定] 画面にある [セキュリティ設定] タブから [Apex Oneサーバのデータベースフォルダをリアルタイム検索の対象から除外する] オプションが削除されます。
Apex OneでWindows 10 May 2020 Updateへのセキュリティエージェントのインストールがサポートされるようになります。
Apex Oneサーバおよびセキュリティエージェントで重大なシステムイベント (セキュリティエージェントの移動、セキュリティエージェントのアンインストール、パスワードのリセット) に関連するWindowsイベントログが収集され、Trend Micro Apex Centralの製品監査イベントログに送信されるようになります。
セキュリティ強化のため、より高度なパスワードの複雑さがセキュリティエージェントのアンロードおよびアンインストール機能に要求されるようになります。
ユーザインタラクションなしでデバッグログを収集できるサポートコネクタというツールを使用して、再現の難しい問題をトラブルシューティングできるようになります。

インストール手順
本リリースをインストールするには、次の手順に従ってください。- 本リリースをサーバ上の任意のフォルダにコピーします。
- ファイルをダブルクリックします。モジュールが自動的に適切な場所にコピーされます。
なお、本リリースのインストール中に問題が発生した場合、Apex Oneサーバは以前の設定に自動的にロールバックされます。
インストール後に問題が発生した場合は、手動でロールバックしてください。
アンインストール手順
本リリースをアンインストールするには、次の手順に従ってください。前回のビルドに手動でロールバックするには、次の手順に従ってください。
- 本リリースによって作成される次のバックアップフォルダに移動します。
\PCCSRV\Backup\Patch_B8378
- Apex One Master Serviceを停止します。
- LogServer.exeが実行されている場合は停止して、デバッグモードを無効にします。
- Apex One Apex Central Agent Serviceを停止します。
- Apex One Plug-in Manager Serviceを停止します。
- World Wide Web Publishing Serviceを停止します。
- 「\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\SQL」フォルダにある「libSQLDatabaseUpgrade.dll」ファイルと「oscedbt.exe」ファイルをバックアップします。
- バックアップモジュールを元のフォルダにコピーします。
- バックアップした「libSQLDatabaseUpgrade.dll」ファイルと「oscedbt.exe」ファイルを「\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\SQL」フォルダに復元します。「libSQLDatabaseUpgrade.dll」と「oscedbt.exe」のファイルのバージョンは「14.0.0.8378」です。
- 管理者権限を持つアカウントを使用してコマンドプロンプトを開き、Apex Oneサーバのインストールフォルダ内の「PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\SQL」フォルダに移動します。
- 「UpgradeSQLSchema.bat」ファイルを実行します。
- 次のバックアップフォルダに移動します。

インターネット世界におけるセキュリティの脅威は、日々目まぐるしく変化しています。トレンドマイクロでは、これらの変化にいち早く対応するために、ウイルスやその他の脅威の特徴が登録されたパターンファイルや、最新の検索技術が組み込まれた検索エンジンなど、最新のコンポーネントを随時公開しています。
多くのトレンドマイクロ製品には、これらのコンポーネントを自動でアップデートする(組み込む) 機能があります。この機能を利用して、常に最新版のコンポーネントをお使いになることをお勧めします。
