The Security Agent receives updates automatically from the Apex One server.
You can update manually if you have been disconnected
from the office network for a while or if there is an urgent need to obtain the
latest protection from security threats (for example, after an outbreak).
If you use a proxy server to connect to the Internet, ensure
you have the correct proxy settings.
Procedure
Open the main console and click
Update.
Note
You can also run a manual update by
right-clicking the Security Agent icon in the Windows Task Bar and
then selecting Update Now.
