Action Center

This widget shows events that require administrators to take actions to resolve issues.

Some events come with recommended action buttons. Click the buttons to try resolving the issues, or click the events to view more details.

Active Directory synchronization - Unsuccessful

Go to ADMINISTRATION > Active Directory Settings to check the connection status.

Antivirus - Threats unresolved

Run an Aggressive Scan to fix unresolved security risks. If the issue persists after the scan, contact your support representative.

Antivirus - Real-Time Scan disabled

Enable Real-Time Scan on all endpoints to stay protected.

Antispyware - Threats unresolved

Check the details of each event.

Apple Push Notification service certificate: Expired

Upload a new certificate in ADMINISTRATION > Mobile Device Enrollment Settings and re-enroll all iOS devices.

Apple Push Notification service certificate: Expiring in N day(s)

Renew the certificate in ADMINISTRATION > Mobile Device Enrollment Settings.

Apple Push Notification service certificate: Revoked

Upload a new certificate in ADMINISTRATION > Mobile Device Enrollment Settings and re-enroll all iOS devices.

License related events

Go to ADMINISTRATION > License Information to check the license status.

Smart Protection Services - Agents disconnected

Check that all Security Agents can connect to the Internet. If the problem persists after confirming that all Security Agents can connect to the Internet, contact your support representative.

Update: Deployment rate less than %threshold% after one hour of pattern release

Check the Internet connection and update the Security Agents again.
