Shows the most recent number of customers with the highest number of events that need an immediate action or response. Data displays in a table and pie chart. You can switch between the table and pie chart by clicking the display icons ().
If the number of clients for a particular status is 1 or more, you can click the number to view the events in the product tree.
Click the customer name to view all the events for this customer or expand the customer name to see the events for certain categories.
The number of events under Action Required are events that should be handled as soon as possible.
The number of events under Warning are events that are not as urgent as the events under Action Required but will also need to be handled soon.
