The Event Logs screen appears after clicking a count on the various widgets that display on the Dashboard. Event logs provide a detailed view of the detections reported by managed products for specific customers.
You can click the Occurrences count to obtain more information about a specific type of event. Depending on the managed product, clicking the Occurrences count does the following:
For Worry-Free Business Security and Worry-Free Business Security Services events: Displays the Log Query screen

For all other managed products: Opens the managed product console where you can view product-specific logs for the affected customer
