Configuring Notification Settings in Kaseya

  1. In Kaseya, add the following fields to the ticketing system to show Trend Micro Remote Manager notifications.

      Remote Manager agent GUID

      TM_CustomerName

      Customer/Company name

      TM_EventName

      Event name

      TM_ServerName

      Worry-Free Business Security server name

      TM_MASClientName (optional)

      Exchange server name (only affects the Exchange Server Shutdown event)
