Modifying the Profile of a Partner Company

The Profile tab for a partner company contains contact information, the specific Sign-in URL that the partner company uses to access the Licensing Management Platform console, and the partnership Status with your company.

  1. Click Users & Licenses > Partners.
  2. Locate and click the company in the table.
  3. Click the Profile tab.
  4. Modify the partner profile information as required.
  5. Select the current Status of the partnership.
    • Active: An "Active" partnership allows you to modify all partner settings and allows the partner accounts to perform all permissible licensing and reporting tasks using the Licensing Management Platform or any other Trend Micro management console.

    • Suspended: A "Suspended" partnership restricts your ability to modify licensing and accounts for the partner company and restricts the partner company to "Read-only" access of licensing information and customer accounts on the Licensing Management Platform or any other Trend Micro management console.

      Note:
      • MSP partners with the applicable permissions can still perform reporting functions using the Licensing Management Platform console.

      • You can set the status of a "Suspended" partnership back to "Active" at any time.

    • Canceled: A "Canceled" partnership completely disables your ability to change any partner settings (including Profile settings) and immediately revokes all console access permissions for the partner company.

      Warning:
      • Any customer licenses directly managed by the "Canceled" partner expire as of the cancellation date.

      • A canceled partnership prevents the partner company from accessing the Licensing Management Platform or any other Trend Micro management console.

      • You cannot change the status of a "Canceled" partnership back to "Active" or "Suspended".

  6. Click Save.
