Importing Customer Accounts From a List

  1. Click Users & Licenses > Customers.
  2. Click the Import Customers button.
    Tip:

    To download a template for importing customer accounts, see Setting Up the CSV File Using the Provided Template for details. If you are uploading your own file, ensure the column names are the same as those provided in the template and that all dates are in the yyyy-mm-dd format.

  3. Click Upload and choose a CSV file to import. Click OK.
    Note: You can add up to 100 entries with each import.
  4. Review the uploaded information. If there are any errors, select Export Errors to generate a list that you can correct and import later.
  5. Click Create to finish importing accounts.
